Science says that based on multiple studies on ‘Blue Zones’ (regions in the world with the highest average life expectancy) that these are the healthiest foods you should add to your diet. 



    1. Green Tea

    2. Almonds

    3. Fresh caught Salmon (Non GMO)

    4. Broccoli 

    5. Organic mushrooms

    6. Black Coffee

    7. Berries


    Feel free to substitute whatever’s more convenient or affordable for you! 


    For example:

    Tuna or Tilapia instead of Salmon

    Regular peanuts instead of Almonds

    Cauliflower or Cabbage (or any cruciferous vegetable) instead of Broccoli

    Any seasonal fruit instead of Berries
