Green Tea
Almonds
Fresh caught Salmon (Non GMO)
Broccoli
Organic mushrooms
Black Coffee
Berries
Feel free to substitute whatever’s more convenient or affordable for you!
For example:
Tuna or Tilapia instead of Salmon
Regular peanuts instead of Almonds
Cauliflower or Cabbage (or any cruciferous vegetable) instead of Broccoli
Any seasonal fruit instead of Berries
